Denise Youngblood
Denise Youngblood is a dedicated mother of five and proud grandmother of four, whose journey into holistic wellness began in 2014. Faced with sleepless nights and the looming prospect of pharmaceutical solutions, Denise embarked on a mission to explore natural alternatives.
This quest led her to establish Cryofactor, a sanctuary of holistic healing, offering innovative solutions for sleep and overall well-being.
Since 2016, Denise has also been sharing her passion for wellness as a certified yoga instructor and postural educator. Through her expertise in functional mobility alignment therapy, she empowers others to achieve physical harmony and vitality.

Katelyn Youngblood
I'm Katelyn Young, a 19-year-old with a passion for wellness and sports. After dedicating 11 years to playing softball, I graduated from Rogers High School in 2023 and transitioned into the workforce, joining CryoFactor.
Discovering the revitalizing benefits of cryotherapy, I've incorporated it into my daily routine to fuel my energy and ease muscle fatigue.
With a relentless drive for personal growth and a commitment to holistic health, I'm excited to continue exploring new avenues of self-improvement and making a positive impact wherever I go.
Andrea Johnson
Meet Andrea Johnson, a full-time mom, property manager, and Administrative Assistant. Wearing many hats, Andrea has an all-around passion for helping people.
Her journey here began nearly 10 years ago, as a client struggling with chronic pain. She quickly gained an appreciation and love for our services, as they were her saving grace.
Today, she can relate to a large portion of the clients we help who are in recovery for pain management. With over 20 years of experience in customer service, she has developed a strong set of skills to build rapport with clients.
She takes pride in developing positive, lasting relationships, understanding that is one of the most important foundations for success.
Julia Watts
I’m Julia Watts an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the Cryotherapy Health and Wellness team. I’m 18 years old, and strive to bring a fresh perspective and youthful energy to our clinic.
My passion for health and wellness began at a young age, and I am eager to share the benefits of cryotherapy with our clients.
Outside of work, I am a high school student determined to excel in my studies and cheerleading. I am particularly interested in pursuing cheer at a collegiate level and use cryotherapy to maximize my recovery.
